Sprouts Farmers Market in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Produce Clerk to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will stock, present and rotate produce, maintain pricing accuracy, and answer questions to help customers make healthy choices.

The ideal candidate is at least 16, reliable, with good communication and the ability to multitask, stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and benefits to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
• Ability to walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department per schematics and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain tag and pricing accuracy and ensure proper product presentation.
• Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions in a friendly manner.
• Ensure freshness and rotation of produce and assist with shelving and merchandising.
