Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will stock, merchandize, and present farm-fresh produce while ensuring pricing accuracy and high standards of freshness.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, rotating stock, and maintaining a clean, organized Produce department. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours. Apply today to join our growing health-focused retailer.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a respectful, team-oriented attitude and follow Sprouts culture of diversity and inclusion.
• Possess good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers.
• Perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, stay organized and take direction.
• Stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.; lift/move items up to 72 inches.
• Walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Stock, present, face, fill and organize Produce department items as per department schematics.
• Maintain tag and pricing accuracy and ensure product freshness and availability.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly, helpful manner and provide excellent service.
• Assist with rotation of merchandise and inventory control.
• Support finishing tasks such as trimming, watering and merchandising Produce items.
