You will help with inventory, pricing accuracy, and product presentation to keep our farm-fresh selection looking its best. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliable schedule availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Display a positive attitude and strong customer service focus.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Be able to perform repetitive tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Ability to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and operate with manual assistance as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise the Produce department per schematics and pricing/ tagging standards.
• Maintain product freshness, rotation, and inventory control.
• Answer customer questions and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Assist with price tagging, facing, and general department organization.
