Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking a Produce Clerk to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will stock, merchandise and present farm-fresh produce while delivering exceptional service to shoppers.

Responsibilities include proper stocking, pricing accuracy, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining product knowledge to help customers make healthy choices in a thriving neighborhood market.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Respect for others and commitment to inclusive Sprouts culture.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks and multi-task.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, climb and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock Produce department and ensure presentation per schematics.
• Maintain tag and pricing accuracy; answer customer questions.
• Rotate inventory to maximize freshness and availability.
• Provide excellent customer service.
