Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Clerk to stock, present and merchandize the Produce department while delivering outstanding customer service. You will help customers make healthy choices and support overall store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a team that values health, freshness, and community in a growing retailer.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Respect for others and commitment to Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Ability to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Physical ability to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work up to 50 hours weekly.
• Compliance with safety, OSHA and Weights & Measures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and ensure proper presentation, freshness and pricing accuracy.
• Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Maintain inventory control and rotate stock as needed.
• Follow department schematics and ensure correct tagging and merchandising.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
