Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Check produce in slots daily to ensure shipping-quality standards.
• Communicate quality issues to buyers to ensure best products.
• Ensure proper rotation during slot checks and report problems to stockers/supervisors.
• Monitor variance reports for spoilage, damage, and related accounting.
• Greet internal and external customers to maintain service quality.
• Inspect inbound freight, warehoused/outbound product and document condition.
• Correspond with parties on product quality status.
• Analyze and propose actions to resolve QA issues.
• Observe safety and sanitation policies.
