Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Check produce in slots daily to ensure shipping readiness meets standards.
• Communicate regularly with necessary parties on product quality status.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control/Compliance managers and buyers on quality issues to resolve them.
• Monitor variance reports for spoilage, warehouse and truck damage accounting.
• Inspect inbound freight, warehoused and outbound product and document condition.
• Analyze and propose actions to improve Quality Assurance.
• Observe all safety rules, regulations, and sanitation policies.
