Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Check produce in slots daily to ensure shipping quality.
• Communicate quality issues with buyers and assist in resolving them to ensure top quality.
• Ensure product rotation is correct and report rotation problems to staff.
• Monitor variance reports for spoilage and damage accounting.
• Greet internal and external customers to maintain service quality.
• Inspect inbound freight, warehoused and outbound product and document condition.
• Regularly update necessary parties on product quality status.
• Analyze and address quality assurance problems and propose solutions.
• Follow all safety, sanitation regulations and policies.
