Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in related roles preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Effective spoken communication before groups of customers or associates.
• Excellent listening skills to facilitate two-way communication.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in all units of measure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Check produce in slots daily to ensure shipping quality.
• Communicate quality issues to buyers and assist in resolution for best quality.
• Ensure proper product rotation and report rotation issues to stockers/supervisors.
• Monitor variance reports for spoilage and damages.
• Greet customers and provide high-quality customer service.
• Inspect inbound/outbound freight and document product condition.
• Correspond regularly on product quality status with stakeholders.
• Analyze issues and propose corrective actions for QA.
• Observe safety, sanitation, and company policies.
