• Cuts fruits and vegetables per safety rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM quality guidelines.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Keeps department clean; maintains sweep logs.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures; maintains signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
