Whole Foods Market is seeking entry-level Team Members for the Produce Department in a fast-paced retail environment. You will cut fruits and vegetables, maintain quality, manage sampling programs, and ensure a clean, safe shopping space while providing courteous service to customers and fellow Team Members.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking, pricing accuracy, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comply with health and safety rules and store procedures.

Responsabilités

• Cuts fruits and vegetables, following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Cleans department and maintains sweep logs.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products to maximize sales.
• Follows procedures including Weights and Measures and safe work practices.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary environment and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
