• Ensures product meets WFM quality guidelines and prep standards.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Keeps department clean and up-to-date sweep logs.
• Arrives on time, well-groomed, and ready for shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling as appropriate.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows SOPs including safety, health, and weights/measures.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping areas; cares for equipment.
• Executes opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate signage and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
