Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote high morale within department and store with honest communication.
• Comply with all company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Cost out materials to determine proper retails.
• Teach fundamentals of produce production (slicing, peeling, stacking, organizing, washing, finishing).
• Assist in maintaining department security per policy.
• Monitor competitive activity and company investments in produce area.
• Maintain department records at all times.
