• Exhibit and develop maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store through honest communication.
• Comply with all company policies and the Code of Conduct.
• Know and cost out all material to determine proper retails.
• Teach fundamentals of produce production including slicing, peeling, stacking, organizing, washing, and finishing.
• Assist in maintaining department security per policy.
• Monitor competitive activity in the Produce Department and protect the company's interests.
• Maintain department records at all times.
