Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Purchases and replenishes produce following proper procedures.
• Monitor open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Control spoilage and shrink; participate in inventory.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Maximize sales through stocking and merchandising best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate product orders to monitor turns.
• Oversee customer special order procedures.
• Analyze and control product transfers, waste, and spoilage.
• Support leadership in inventories.
• Maintain profitability by meeting purchasing and sales targets.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings.
