Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking a Produce Team Member to help with receiving, stocking, and displaying products while upholding WFM standards. You will assist in displays, handle daily tasks, and ensure friendly customer service and safety compliance on the floor.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. No prior retail experience is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• 8-hour shift involving standing/walking 6-8 hours.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing display by stocking cases and shelves and front-facing.
• Assists in organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping environments per procedures.
