Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order and maintain department inventory with loss prevention.
• Review received orders for amount, quality, and condition.
• Lead a team to stock, production, and other tasks to ensure quality and accurate rotation.
• Know store ad items and promotions and pricing for rewards programs.
• Assist in scheduling, labor control, and payroll expense for the department.
• Follow safety, food safety, and guest experience guidelines.
