Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day department operations when the manager is absent.
• Order and maintain inventory, ensure product freshness and quality.
• Review received orders for amount, quality and weight; rotate stock.
• Supervise stocking, production and related tasks; ensure date accuracy.
• Develop and monitor department goals; participate in scheduling and payroll costs.
• Attend daily huddles and store meetings; maintain a clean, well-stocked department.
