Pick 'n Save is seeking a Produce Department role focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role drives sales, maintains safe, clean conditions, and partners with store management on promotions and budgeting.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, inventory, pricing changes, and ensuring product quality and freshness. Strong communication and math skills, plus a food handler permit, are required.

• Current food handlers permit once employed.

• Prepare seasonal critiques for the sales/merchandising supervisor.
• Implement the period promotional plan for the department.
• Assist management in budgeting, expenses, and P&L reviews.
• Schedule price changes by updating shelf tags and signs.
• Plan inventory processes and train staff on CAO.
