Pick 'n Save is seeking a Produce Department Lead in Muskego, WI to ensure outstanding customer service and a safe, fresh environment. You will supervise daily Produce operations and support associates, driving department goals and maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training, inventory checks, price integrity, and assisting customers with recommendations while upholding company values.

Formación

• Must have strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for counting, giving change, and inventory checks.
• Knowledge of or ability to obtain a food handlers permit is required.
• Ability to handle lifting up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated areas.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to all laws, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Communicate department information to associates.
• Establish performance goals and empower associates to meet targets.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Train and develop associates on inventory, stocking, and other duties.
• Create a welcoming environment and assist customers with product recommendations.
