Pick 'n Save is seeking an experienced Produce Department Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring top customer service, accurate pricing, and strong team performance. You will guide staffing decisions, monitor inventories, and coordinate with store leadership to optimize sales and safety.

The role requires flexible schedules, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training and ongoing development are emphasized.

Formación

• Understanding of all key components of department operations including managing people, merchandising, computer-assisted ordering, inventory management, shrink control, customer services, labor scheduling, expense control, etc.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to make intelligent decisions quickly.
• Adept at handling stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong customer relations by modeling friendliness and courtesy in the produce department.
• Be alert to store security and assist as needed.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Participate in hiring, firing, discipline, transferring and evaluating produce staff.
• Ensure proper training on price marking and customer courtesy.
