Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand duties clearly
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including regular attendance
• Must complete the in-house forklift-training program

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements.
• Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, and perform markdowns.
• Check inventory daily, remove out-of-date items, stock displays, and maintain cooler displays.
• Responsible for achieving all KPI targets for the department.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track record and loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
