Fred Meyer, Inc. is seeking a Produce Department Manager to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and clean shopping environment. You will drive sales, monitor department operations, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior produce/retail or management experience is preferred, and a food handlers permit is required upon employment.

Formación

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Current food handlers permit once employed.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Any management experience.
• Any produce/retail experience.
• Second language (speaking, reading and/or writing).
• Promote trust and respect among associates, with a positive attitude.
