Qualifications

• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Current food handlers permit once employed.
• Desire for management experience is a plus.
• Produce/retail experience is beneficial.
• Second language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all functions, duties and activities related to the Produce department.
• Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages our customers to return.
• Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department and control quality assurance standards.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
• Provide support and assistance to department staff and customers as needed.
• Coordinate with store management to implement promotions and maintain departmental budgets.
