La Montañita Co-op seeks a Produce Department Team Leader to oversee all operations, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality products and service in the Produce area. The role ensures safety, merchandising standards, and a strong customer experience while driving department performance and financial results.

The DTL will lead and develop the team, manage budgets, monitor margins and labor, and collaborate with store management to align with policies and safety guidelines.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of customer service experience.
• Minimum three years in food service purchasing, preparation, or merchandising perishable products.
• Minimum three years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of products, buying, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and customer relationship skills.
• Capable of teaching others positively and constructively.
• Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance and managing inventory.
