You will coach team members, manage inventory, set schedules, and partner with the Store Manager to recruit and promote staff while maintaining safety and Weights and Measures compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18+ with 1–3 years in grocery retail and produce management.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operation of the Produce Department.
• Ensure quality control, merchandising, cleanliness and organization.
• Manage inventory and staffing levels for productivity.
• Coach and develop team through feedback and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire and promote with Store Manager collaboration.
• Lead scheduling to optimize productivity and service.
