Job summary

Aloha Produce is a privately owned produce wholesaler in Central Oregon and we are growing. We are seeking qualified Non-CDL Drivers to deliver nourishing produce to Central Oregon communities, with a 5AM start and an off day schedule on Saturday.

You will be responsible for safe and efficient deliveries, checking invoices, loading/unloading, and providing excellent customer service at each stop, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 years or older due to insurance requirements.
• 1+ year of driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class C (Non-CDL) license and medical card.
• Interstate qualification required; read and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver produce to Central Oregon customers safely and efficiently.
• Check invoices during deliveries.
• Load and unload product from trailer.
• Provide superior customer service at each delivery.
• Assist in issuing credits and COD collections.
• Maintain a cooperative, customer-focused attitude with colleagues.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.

Job Description

Schedule: 5AM start time, Monday/Saturday off (split days).

The Role: You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers in our Central Oregon delivery area.

Essential Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries.
• Load and unload product from trailer.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery.
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers.
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues.
• Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment.
• Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate.
• All other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Be 23 yrs. or older due to insurance requirements.
• 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred.
• Valid Class C (Non-CDL) licenseand medical card Interstate qualification, registered.
• Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift.
• Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English Satisfactory driving record.
