Job summary

Charlie's Produce is seeking a delivery driver to safely and efficiently deliver produce across the Central Oregon area, including Bend. You will verify invoices, load/unload shipments, and interact with customers at each stop to ensure satisfaction.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability of equipment, and adherence to company policies. A valid non-CDL Class C license, medical card, and the ability to lift 50 lbs+ are required, with 1+ year driving experience preferred. EEO employer.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of driving experience preferred.
• Valid Class C (Non-CDL) license and medical card.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift.
• Reading and comprehension of English per DOT rules.

Responsibilities

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries.
• Load and unload product from trailer.
• Provide superior customer service at each delivery.
• Promote a safe, team-oriented attitude with colleagues.
• Deliver palletized product to a dock or with a lift gate.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
