Job summary

Aloha Produce of Central Oregon is seeking a reliable Non-CDL Driver to deliver fresh produce across the Central Oregon delivery area. This full-time role features a 5 AM start, a generous benefits package, and a work environment that values safety, teamwork, and customer service as essential.

You will load, unload, verify invoices, and ensure accurate COD collections when required, while maintaining professional appearances and equipment.

Qualifications

• 23 years or older due to insurance requirements
• 1+ year driving experience preferred
• Valid Class C (Non-CDL) license and medical card required
• Able to read and understand English
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs

Responsibilities

• Check invoices during deliveries
• Load and unload product from trailer
• Provide excellent customer service at each delivery
• Assist in issuing credit memos and COD collections
• Maintain safe, reliable equipment and cooperative attitude
• Deliver palletized product to dock or with lift gate

Job Description

Schedule: 5AM start time, Monday/Saturday off (split days).

The Role: You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers in our Central Oregon delivery area.

Essential Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries.
• Load and unload product from trailer.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery.
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers.
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues.
• Professionally maintained, reliable and safe equipment.
• Palletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gate.
• All other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Be 23 yrs. or older due to insurance requirements.
• 1+ year of driving experience highly preferred.
• Valid Class C (Non-CDL) licenseand medical card Interstate qualification, registered.
• Demonstrated ability to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs. throughout shift.
• Per DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand English Satisfactory driving record.
