Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain respectful, inclusive Sprouts culture.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and ensure tag and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain presentation, rotation, and freshness of produce.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly manner.
• Adhere to safety and Weights & Measures regulations.
• Assist with inventory and merchandising in the Produce area.
