Ideal candidates are 16 or older, dependable, flexible, and able to interact professionally with customers. The role demands physical activity, standing, lifting, and teamwork in a collaborative grocery setting.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have mutual respect for others and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver carts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and ensure proper presentation, tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain product rotation and freshness through trimming, watering, and merchandising.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Adhere to safety and company policies in a fast-paced environment.
