Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Produce Clerk to stock and merchandise the Produce department, ensure freshness, and assist customers with a high level of service. You’ll follow department schematics, manage pricing accuracy, and rotate stock while staying organized in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, dependable, and able to handle a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain a positive attitude and interact well with customers.
• Have good communication skills and be able to work in a team.
• Be able to perform repetitive tasks and stay organized while standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and maintain presentation and pricing per department schematics.
• Ensure product freshness, rotate merchandise, and maintain tag accuracy.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly, helpful manner and provide strong customer service.
• Support inventory control and maintain cleanliness and organization in the Produce area.
