Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly Produce Clerk to stock, merchandise and present farm-fresh produce. You will help customers, answer questions, and maintain accurate pricing and shelf labeling in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires physical stamina (lifting up to 50 lbs), flexibility for varied shifts including nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered in a supportive store culture.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Respect Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Be able to walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift.
• Adhere to safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and merchandise products as directed.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure accurate pricing and tagging.
• Present and face products to maximize freshness and appeal.
• Handle inventory control to keep product availability and freshness high.
