Hy-Vee is hiring a Produce Clerk in Marshall, MN. You will keep the Produce department stocked, fresh, and inviting while delivering friendly service to customers. Duties include stocking, checking in deliveries, rotating product, and assisting customers with their needs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safe work practices, and adherence to Hy-Vee guidelines. Prior experience is not required; training is provided. The wage is hourly and commensurate with experience.

Formación

• Less than high school diploma or equivalent accepted.
• Six months or less of similar or related work experience; we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting every customer with a smile and assisting with their needs.
• Review merchandise for freshness and rotate stock to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure adequate product supply and follow production lists for daily needs.
• Check in product, stock away, and review invoices as needed.
• Prepare, finish, and replenish product as necessary.
• Maintain sanitation and keep the work area clean, neat, and safe.
• Remove trash and assist with department upkeep.
• Order product and price for customers as needed.
• Answer phones and provide friendly service to customers.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code and department guidelines.
• Assist with additional tasks or special projects as they arise.
