Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Produce Clerk to join our team in the produce department. You will help stock, merchandize and present farm-fresh produce while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in a fast-paced setting.

Key tasks include maintaining product knowledge, keeping pricing accurate, and supporting inventory control to maximize freshness. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a positive, team-oriented attitude focused on

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain mutual respect and uphold Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Strong communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
• Able to perform repetitious tasks, multitask, prioritize and stay organized.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk, bend and climb; walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift.
• Follow safety, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be able to perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Stock the Produce department and present products as per schematics with accurate pricing.
• Maintain inventory control to maximize freshness and availability; rotate merchandise as needed.
• Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ensure proper tagging and pricing accuracy across all produce items.
