Job summary

Hanover Consumer Coop Society is seeking a front-line team member to provide exceptional customer service, stock and organize retail areas, and support daily department operations at our Vermont location. You will handle phone inquiries, assist customers, and participate in maintaining stock quality and displays while supporting supervisors as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong teamwork, and familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

Assist in the daily operations of the department. Has or acquires the knowledge to efficiently complete the daily procedures needed for departmental success. Stocks, prepares, packages, and maintains product for specific areas for retail sales.
