Position Summary

As part of the produce team, you will make key decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families consume by ensuring availability, cleanliness, and freshness. You will be on the front lines of customer service – your smile makes a difference and helps enhance the member’s shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Invest in member satisfaction by maintaining a positive attitude, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answering questions they may have.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner.
• Maintain inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock and over‑stock products.
• Participate in quality control processes: understand product specifications, prepare produce per established standards, and follow company sanitation guidelines.
• Utilize digital tools to support sales and associate engagement, making immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
• Drive area performance, utilize perpetual inventory management techniques, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and guide peers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed period.
