Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Responsibilities

Key duties

Be a Team Member: Maintain product knowledge, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible. Track goods, keep in‑stock levels, and control shrinkage.

Be an Expert: Understand quality specifications, prepare products (trim, crisp, package, scale) to standards, maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines, and follow regulations.

Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve experience.

Be an Owner: Drive area performance, use inventory management, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, and assist customers.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club, model high quality service, execute basics at a high level, exhibit energy, commitment, and passion, comply with policies and ethics, collaborate with partners, identify priorities, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.
