Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
• Understand quality specifications; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and engage associates
• Drive performance of area; manage inventory, rotate products, enforce quality and date control; eliminate waste; guide peers; assist customers per company policies
• Advocate for department and club; model high-quality service; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion
• Comply with policies, procedures, ethics; use Open Door Policy
• Complete work assignments by using policies, data, resources; collaborate across teams; determine priorities and recommend improvements; adapt and learn from feedback
