• Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate department products using perpetual inventory techniques; ensure quality and date control; minimize waste; assist customers per policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and energy; advocate for the department and club experiences.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics by applying related action plans and policy frameworks.
