What you’ll do
  • Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; and control shrinkage in a timely manner.
  • Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
  • Be an Owner: Drive department performance; utilize digital tools; stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers according to company policies.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Demonstrate high-quality service and products; model energy, commitment, and passion for the work; comply with company policies and ethics.
