Job summary

DRW Holdings, LLC is hiring a Software Engineer for Cumberland/Options Front Office Systems in New York City. You will embed with trading desks to deliver specialized tools, then generalize patterns for cross-desk use, operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

The role requires deep technical skills, collaboration with traders, and ownership of end-to-end production software across C++, Python, and Typescript-backed systems.

Qualifications

• Up to 7 years of experience using C++ and Python in multi-language environments.
• Experience with end customers, scoping and delivering production systems.
• Ability to dive deep into complex problems and minimize complexity.
• Experience in financial markets, especially delta one or FICC options trading.

Responsibilities

• Work with Cumberland and FICC options trading desks to build tools.
• Take ownership of products from prototype to production.
• Embed with trading desks to learn problem spaces and build scalable solutions.
• Maintain and extend the central trading platform and work across multiple languages.
