Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking a Customer Enablement Program Manager to build and scale ProCX Academy, a contractor education and certification initiative. This remote US-based role involves cross-functional leadership, program governance, and travel to support launches and events.

The ideal candidate will design operating models, drive scalable processes, and measure impact on customer growth and business performance through hands-on execution and strategy-to-delivery leadership.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in program management, operations, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Experience building new programs and operating models from ground up.
• Strong governance, risk, and milestone management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, launch, and ongoing management of ProCX Academy.
• Define operating model, governance, processes, and performance framework.
• Coordinate launch plans, timelines, milestones, resources, and risks.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Sales, Installation, Product, Marketing, and IT.
