Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead ProCX Academy, a strategic education program for contractor customers. You will build the operating model, governance, and cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, IT, Finance, and HR to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in program management, ops, or related field.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Experience building programs, operating models, and processes from the ground up.
• Strong project and program management skills including roadmaps, milestones, risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of ProCX Academy.
• Partner with Sales, Installation, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Finance, HR, and Legal to align priorities.
• Design SOPs, governance processes, reporting structures, and launch readiness plans.
• Develop KPI frameworks, executive reporting, and data-driven improvement plans.
• Lead and develop Academy team members and delivery partners.
