Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to lead the creation, launch, and ongoing operational management of ProCX Academy. The role focuses on establishing a scalable operating model, governance, and cross-functional execution to improve contractor customer success and business performance.

You will work with Sales, Installation, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Finance, HR, and Legal to turn strategy into measurable outcomes and to drive adoption of new capabilities across

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in program management, operations, or related fields.
• Experience building and launching new programs and operating models from scratch.
• Strong project planning, risk management, and milestone tracking capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly to support launches and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, launch, and ongoing management of ProCX Academy and related operating model.
• Partner with Sales, Installation, Product, Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, and Legal to drive execution.
• Design governance, SOPs, reporting structures, and launch readiness plans.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive-ready performance reporting.
• Lead and develop Academy team members and cross-functional partners.
