Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and maintain complex conditional approvals and routing in Zip.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Zip workflow designs with stakeholders.
• Manage service requests, triage issues, and troubleshoot workflow problems using Jira.
• Maintain integrations between Zip and ERP/ticketing systems for accurate data flow.
• Provide day-to-day production support for procurement and sourcing teams.
• Test, validate, and release changes with regression testing during updates.
• Monitor performance and adoption, proposing improvements as processes evolve.
• Document workflow configurations and administrative procedures for audit readiness.
