Job summary

Fresh Alliance, a Buyers Edge Platform brand, seeks a Procurement Sales Coordinator in Salinas, CA to source from suppliers, manage purchase orders, and ensure profitable, timely procurement aligned with policy. You will support the procurement team with vendor communications, record-keeping, order tracking, and invoice coordination to maintain accurate, compliant procurement records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years in an administrative or procurement support role.
Experience with procurement software is an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support for the procurement team, including vendor and customer correspondence and document management.
Assist in reviewing and processing purchase orders.
Maintain organized and accurate procurement records, ensuring documentation is current and compliant.
Monitor order statuses, delivery schedules, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
Communicate with suppliers to confirm shipping details and resolve delivery or invoice issues.
Collaborate with the contract and pricing team to ensure invoice accuracy.
Ensure adherence to internal procurement procedures and applicable regulations.
