Buyers Edge Platform is seeking a Procurement Sales Coordinator to manage procurement processes, source from suppliers, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality purchases. The role emphasizes accurate records, timely actions, and compliance with company policies in a collaborative environment.

The position focuses on maintaining supplier communications, processing POs, and coordinating with internal pricing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the procurement team, including vendor and customer correspondence and document management.
• Assist in reviewing and processing purchase orders.
• Maintain organized procurement records ensuring documentation is current and compliant.
• Monitor order statuses and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm shipping details and resolve invoice issues.
• Collaborate with contract and pricing teams to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to internal procurement procedures and regulations.
