Responsibilities

• Create, process, and manage purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Coordinate product procurement and fulfillment for timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and monitor performance.
• Track order status, shipments, backorders, and delivery schedules.
• Process and distribute purchase orders, invoices, and related docs.
• Review purchasing reports to support business decisions.
• Communicate customer requirements clearly and execute them.
• Serve as liaison between suppliers, customers, sales, and internal teams.
• Resolve discrepancies while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and purchasing platforms.
