Ascendion is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support day-to-day corporate procurement and vendor management during integration. The role covers supplier onboarding, vendor profile maintenance, purchasing, invoicing, and documentation, ensuring efficiency and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate brings experience with Coupa and G Workspace, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to work with third-party vendors and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in corporate procurement, vendor management, supplier onboarding, or related administrative operations.
• Familiarity with Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
• Experience using G Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Gmail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with third‑party vendors and manage routine follow‑ups.
• Customer service experience and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily procurement and vendor management operations during the integration.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, vendor profile updates, and maintenance of supplier records.
• Support supplier invoicing, purchasing activities, and related administrative tasks.
• Use Coupa to assist with supplier onboarding and procurement-related activities.
• Communicate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and follow up on pending requests.
• Assist with routine operational tasks and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency.
